According to Lacheemee Bhunjun, breastfeeding is beneficial for both mother and baby.
The best nutrition that a baby can get comes from the mother's milk, according to counsellors. They even claim breastfeeding is beneficial to both mother and baby. «Other drinks maybe contaminated and can make baby sick. Even the World Health Organisation has recommended that infants should be exclusively breastfed for the first six months.»
