Bois Chéri : A tasteful journey

The grand annual Open Days of the Fashion and Design Institute took place from 26 to 28 February at the MITD Campus, Ebène. Besides enabling students and members of the public to have an overview of the different courses offered, the event gave visitors the opportunity to have hands-on-experience in the different workshops.
The Preliminaries of the annual Public Speaking Competition was launched in January. Six heats were organised across all educational zones, the last one held on Tuesday 24 February at the St Esprit College. In addition, a competition took place on Thursday 26 February at Rodrigues College, Rodrigues. The Finals of the Public Speaking Competition will be on 31 March.
