The arrested driver confessed

The body of a young girl aged 17 was found by a tourist in a deep ravine at Plaine-Champagne on Saturday. The girl half naked had her hands and feet tied behind her back. Her head was covered with a plastic bag while her body was wrapped in a raffia bag with injuries on her face.
