I dreamt to be The Artist from when I was 5yrs old.  I was much interested in creating wonderful world.  My dream was realised after I did a B.A Hons in Fine Arts. I updated myself constantly to adapt with the needs of time. I did a PGCE in Visual Arts.  But I had a vision to democratise art for the middle class Mauritians and for me all people are equal so art should not be a luxury for few elites.  I did an MSc in social development investing my time, energy and money which does not bring any increment in my salary.  My aim was to create an art movement in line with contemporary society.  I studies our society and designed a new art concept and I became the pioneer of Street Art in 2011.  I was called the most innovative artist for having the guts to display all my artistic creations in the open air for public view.

Art is for all Mauritians to view. I gave the Mauritian public this luxury as most people hesitate to go to an art gallery as they have no money.  I gave them the opportunity to enjoy art free.  It was the ex PM Dr Navinchandra Ramgoolam who inaugurated the mega Street Art and painted together with 2000 youngsters along the street in a spirit of patriotism and together we wrote a page in history " Street Art: Le mauritianisme a travers l'Art" All younsters who came to participate with me some 50 times in different places like me because they see an authenticity and simplicity in my artistic engagement.  When you do something genuinely from the heart people recognise it.

An artist does not work for money but perform for the love of her audience.  If I was born in a European country my effort would have been recognised.  Street Art is obsolete since Dec 2016 as it has already done more than 6 years and repetition in Art does not have any value.

Art is a subject where there should always be newness, updates. I reinvented my artistic dialogue.  The Artist is the forerunner of society and it is the artist who sees furthest and before everyone as it has always been with Leonardo Da Vinci, Picasso, Marcel du Champs..I updated my knowledge by engaging in a PHD in cultural anthropology.  After my research I have become the pioneer of The SmART MOB the latest revolution in Art 2017.  I have created SmART Mob in line with globalization.  It is smarter than Street Art as it engages the whole community at large whereas Street Art concerned just youngsters.  SmART Mob is a dialogue which promote social justice.  It is for the public at large and contributes to provide a broader perspective and understanding of human beings beyond cultural boundaries.  SmART Mob stimulates existential reflections. It inspires questions about our own consumption habits and invite us to reflect about the values and priorities we live by.    SmART Mob will give people a pause for reflections as it puts human lives and values into perspective.  I have invented SmART Mob to improve people's quality of life.

Art galleries is no longer plausible for fast changing multiracial society.  SmART Mob exhibition will be done in the open air in front of my residence.  I have renovated and replaced the old fence by new fence.  I have updated the look of my open air gallery to provide a positive externality to my large audience.  I expect at least 30,000 people would see the SmART Mob exhibition in one day.  Thats why its called SmART Mob.

The painting " anti-stress" shows innumerable houses.  When you do not get sleep instead of counting sheeps you can count houses.  Long ago people reared animals so they could imagine a sheep.  Nowadays sheep does not come to mind of children.  In my studies on art therapy iv discovered that nowadays children when given paper and paint, they draw and paint isolated houses.  It shows who they are and in which condition they live.  long ago children drew their family and dog. Things have drastically changed.

My next painting is a tripchy the scream screams at mobile towers. The Scream is afraid of radiation which mobile towers emit and people are not conscious of the dangers of mobile towers as said Juhi Chawla in her petition against mobile towers in mumbai which are causing cancer.

The third painting depicts The Scream is afraid of a mad bus which is coming on him.  It is a reflection about road accidents.

SmART Mob is the new code.  Street Art is obsolete. SmART Mob IN ! Street Art OUT!
