911 Carrera and Boxster 718 launched during Porsche Tour

The Porsche Centre Mauritius recently organized the first edition of Porsche Tour, bringing together owners of the legendary German brand vehicles for a unique road show. On that occasion the new Porsche 911 Carrera, which reflects the roots of the Porsche brand while expressing the vision of the manufacturer, was revealed as well as the new Boxster 718. The new Porsche 911 Carrera is presented as the most dazzling 911 of all time. The challenge was to recreate an unprecedented sports car whose silhouette is deeply engraved in the genes of Porsche. The designers have once again demonstrated their unique talent by refining the lines of the vehicle. The air intakes of the sports car are larger and the design is increasingly profound. Performance-wise, with the 7 reports manual gearbox, the new Porsche 911 accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.6 seconds with a top speed of 295 km/h. However with the seven optimized optional reports Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK), used in manual or automatic mode, gear changes are ultrafast and ensure even sharper acceleration. In this range, the Porsche achieves 100 km/h in only 4.4 seconds while reaching a top speed of 293 km/h. Overall, the 911 impresses with a significant performance gain and a decrease in fuel consumption, accompanied by high-level feelings. On its part, the new Boxster 718, mid-engine sports car, was designed to live in the heart of sports and unites a legendary past to the future sports cars. The new turbo engines 4 cylinders not only ensure greater environmental responsibility but also a higher level of adrenaline. The Boxster 718 is available in two categories namely a 4-cylinder turbo engine 2.0 l flat and a Savec version with a 4-cylinder turbo engine 2.5L flat. Stuttgart Motors thus expands its luxury vehicle catalog with the launch of this new version of the 911 and that of the Boxster 718. This first road show edition, which started in the Porsche Centre in Phoenix and ended at La Plage, of the group Evaco at Trou aux Biches, was also used as a platform to launch the Porsche Mauritius Club and meet enthusiasts customers around common values.
