Emirates Airline: New recruitment campaign on

Ever dreamed of working for an airline company? Emirates Airline is launching a new recruitment campaign for Mauritians for cabin crew positions. Officials from the airline’s Dubai Headquarters will conduct this exercise on 19 March 2016. The ‘Open Day’ will comprise interactions to be conducted at Le Labourdonnais Waterfront Hotel and will start at 9 am. Successful candidates will then proceed for interviews. Oomar Ramtoola, Emirates’ Manager for Mauritius and the Indian Ocean islands, stated: “We are pleased to note that a lot of young Mauritians aspire to work for the airline and the high number of Mauritian cabin crew already working with us reflects the quality of local candidates. The Mauritian recruits are known to be dedicated to their work, they are good team players and have the advantage of being fluent in at least two languages.” When the selection process is over, the new recruits will take off for Dubai’s skies to join Emirates’ award-winning cabin crew that hails from over 130 nationalities, contributing to the airline’s dynamic and international outlook. The Mauritian recruits, like all Emirates’ cabin crew, are based in Dubai, a modern cosmopolitan city offering one of the most desirable lifestyle in the world.
