‘Grand Jeu Made in Moris’ launched

The official launch of the ‘Made in Moris’ TV Game Show took place at the MCCI, Port Louis on Wednesday. It is in the context of its third anniversary that the AMM has launched a game show which will be broadcasted on national TV. The ‘Grand Jeu Made in Moris’, a weekly game show, will be aired every Saturday, starting from September 3 to November 19, on MBC 1 at 20h30.

The show will be directed by Olivier Beaudet, who has worked on many famous shows namely ‘Tout le monde joue’, RunStar (Antenne Réunion), Super Chef (Ile Maurice) among others. The 13-minute game show will be presented by Ben Javed.  Two teams with two participants (Team Red and Team Green) will compete in three sets to win Made in Moris products worth Rs 5,000. The game questions focus on the history and the Mauritian culture and Made in Moris label.

The History and Culture questions will be based on the board game Morissimo. The development of this project was conducted by Circus advertising agency in collaboration with the team of Made in Moris. The shooting took place at KafeTe@t Komiko at Rose Hill. The candidates were selected through a contest on the Facebook page of ‘Made in Moris’. A total of twelve shows are planned. Local personalities namely singer Eric Triton, comedians Miselaine Duval,  Ton Simon and Marie-Michèle Etienne have also participated in the first filming of the show as guests. This special show was shot in favour of the NGO Love Bridge.
